115th U.S. Open 2015 at Chambers Bay

115th U.S. Open 2015.  Chambers Bay.  University Place, Washington. If you haven't already, go check out the U.S. Open website.  Lots of cool stuff on there.  In particular, this:

Definitely added to the (long) bucket list of courses I want to play.  This is a public course opened 8 years ago on property that was formerly a sand/gravel quarry.  7874/7607 total yards from the championship tees and a par 70 (crazy as most of the par 4's are 480-500+ yards.)  Mixed feelings from a lot of the players about the choice to play here for the open.  I am personally excited to watch.  There's going to be a lot of creative golf shots played.  Check this one out from Bubba:

Rules:

The final score of all the players on each team will be added up and the lowest cumulative score wins. Each team will have 4 golfers.

+8 will be added to any players score who misses the cut

-8 will be deducted from the score of the team who picks the Champion

If there is a WD, that player will be given a score of the worst round from that day. And then a one time penalty of +5 (the same penalty a player who misses the cut would get.)

The draft order will be the reverse final standings of the previous major
